How do I join the workshop?

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Google Meet session. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Do I need to download any software or create an account for Google Meet?

No download is necessary! You can join via your browser or the Google Meet app. An active Google account is not required for participation.

What materials or tools do I need to prepare for the workshop?

You’ll need:

• A laptop or desktop computer.
• Access to your HubSpot CRM account.
• The pre-work materials provided (ex., contact import template, pipeline worksheet).
• A reliable internet connection.

What does the registration fee cover?

Your fee includes:

What if I don't have a HubSpot account yet?

If you don’t have a HubSpot account, we recommend signing up for a free account before the workshop. We’ll send you guidance on getting started once you register.

Are group discounts available?

Yes! We offer a Team Access Pass for $500, which covers up to 5 participants from the same organization.

How much hands-on support will I get?

You’ll receive step-by-step guidance and have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the workshop. Our team will be available to assist with troubleshooting during the session.

What happens if I can't attend live?

Due to the interactive and hands-on nature of The Workshop, the event will not be recorded. This ensures a safe space for participants to discuss sensitive or confidential information related to their businesses. 

If you can’t attend, you may:

• Transfer your registration to a colleague or team member at no additional cost (with at least 48 hours’ notice). 
• Apply your registration fee to a future workshop.

What's the cancellation or refund policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event. After the deadline, registrations are non-refundable but may be:

• Transferred to a colleague or team member (with at least 48 hours' notice).
• Applied to a future Eternal Works workshop.
