SSVA was having trouble generating enough leads for their hiring campaign. Their hiring page had a 99% bounce rate and a 0% conversion rate. SSVA also needed to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.

Eternal Works started with a hiring campaign on facebook to drive candidates to SSVA immediately. Running multiple ads for each division simultaneously to meet various hiring needs.
E-W also redesigned the website to decrease the bounce rate and improve online website conversions.
Finally, Eternal Works implemented HubSpot to manage marketing efforts, automate the hiring process, and track ROI.
Support Services of Virginia (SSVA) is one of the oldest privately owned Medicaid Waiver providers and the largest provider based in Virginia with 300+ in staff and 4 divisions statewide. Results
By starting with Facebook ads, SSVA was able to see their primary challenge addressed almost immediately. This also increased traffic to their website overall.
E-W’s redesign of the site lowered the cost per click of the Facebook ad campaigns, reduced bounce rates overall (by 70% on their hiring page and home page), and increased their conversion rate.
Utilizing HubSpot allowed E-W and SSVA to start tracking each campaign throughout the whole funnel. E-W was able to build out an automated process for employee applicants, start a company blog as well as an employee newsletter.
