Digitile has engaged with Eternal Works on two projects. They're very professional, responsive, and transparent about the process, progress and proactively communicate throughout the project so there are no surprises. One project had several open-ended deliverables and resolution paths that made it hard to predict costs. They provided a range of billable hours along with options to minimize cost and in the end, they were very fair on cost. Definitely will work with Eternal Works on future project work.

We were new-ish HubSpot users struggling to make the existing email capabilities work for us. We hired Eternal Works to help us build a series of templates that would work better for our needs. They were extremely easy to work with and very fast. At one point we came up against a tight deadline while using one of the templates. We ran into a slight issue literally at 5pm on a Friday. Tim, Ashlie, and team didn't leave us hanging. They immediately sprang into troubleshoot mode until we arrived at the answer which was due to their in-depth knowledge of HubSpot. Otherwise, we may have spent hours trying to find a solution. I would definitely work with the E-W team again and would recommend them to others.
